Running better means different things to different people. Whatever it means to you, running better is a journey that is unique to you. Sometimes it’s a bit of mess, sometimes there are setbacks, sometimes it works like a dream, sometimes running is hard. Running better is a commitment. Running better is an experiment.

The Running Experiment - using science and positive engagement to making an impact on committed improvers.

The Running Experiment is not just about the experimental nature of training and the journey that you will go on to flourish but also a journey for me to bring my love of running into the centre of my working life whilst enabling me and my family to flourish.

  • Training Plans - personalised based on your goals and assessment or your "device" data. Check-in on progress.

  • Coaching and ongoing support

  • Courses - understand the science, understand particular aspects of training, strength training guidance, nutrition.

  • Running Retreats - in time we hope to launch specific endurance running retreats.
